The call flow to the left is a summary – it takes significant training, coaching and application to master. This is why the most important investment in our program is coaching. Every representative and supervisor is trained expert in a call flow that discovers key concerns, proposes a solution and makes a sales attempt.
Call Success
Every Surpass representative knows the secret to call success – discovery. Only by discovering hidden concerns can a customer truly be satisfied with the solution offered. Surpass representatives are experts at getting customers talking, because a customer who is talking never hangs up on themselves.
The Proof
We engage customers in a quality conversation that adds value to their service. In cancellation requests, the Surpass approach saves 40 to 65 percent. These are the deep in grace calls that are the most difficult to save. In around 15 percent of these calls we solicit pre-paid orders.
